2019120·It is very common for me to create 4-6 mixers for making several cement mix quickly due to my building speed exceeding my resource generation.(I split my max between all these mixers to create my mix 4 to 6 times faster) I often convert excess rock into sand. Hope this helps.

The best workaround I think of offhand would be to add some kind of new turbo ConcreteMix recipe by copying the existing recipe and just multiplying both the output and ingredients by say 10 or 100 for a similar increase in speed.

No idea honestly. If you have access to the cheat menu try going to it and spawning in the cement mixer manual and seeing if it show an open book icon. If it doesn’t than something is bugged and I would try reading the manual and seeing what happens.

20181125·Not sure how to get that now. In the perk section I also can't find it. I believe it is the 2nd level of advanced engineering in the intelligence attribute section. If you've got the perk, all of the required building material, and STILL cannot build it, you may need to modify your xml file to unlock the mixer.
